The Estancia Aventura is managed by Mrs. Kiki Ehrhardt, who – next to her profession as equestrian instructor – owns a diploma as Hotel Manager. Concerning the kitchen and guestrooms, she is backed up by three cheerful Paraguayan Ladiesc – cattle and horses are looked after by two cowboys – or “peones”!
